- I had a bundle with 2 year pricing set up for auto-pay.
- I moved.
- Agent who transfered service A) unbundled the bundle pricing B) charged $75 per line installation fee. 3 lines. C) spelled my name incorrectly D) had my phone number incorrect E) unhooked auto-pay.
- Result: $982 bill for TWO months of service, service disconnected twice, and 6 hours (so far) invested in an issue that has yet to be resolved. No phone call re: past due bill because my phone number was wrong.
Every Cox Agent I have worked with has a different story about how the situation will be resolved. Each atempt on my part has failed through further employee error.
Every Cox Agent has acknowledged that the errors are the result of Cox mishandling.
Paid my bill.
Service still off.
Account balance not updated.
Asked to be compensated for the extremely grievous mishandling of the situation and unbelievably extraneous effort to resolve issues their employees caused.
Got told that the "credit" to my account was compensation enough.
I'm sorry, correction of employee errors is not compensation. Yes, the accounting term "credit" is used but what about the 6 hours spent on the runaround from Agents who won't connect you with a supervisor until the 5th request? What about the fact that my bill is paid through September, yet my service of off?
Bad form, Cox. Major. Bad. Form.
Very dissatisfied.
Watch them like a hawk. Cox is not to be trusted! They do not value customers whatsoever. Extreme take it or leave it attitude. Nothing but excuses from Cox. "I'm sorry you're dissatisfied." BS. I'm beyond dissatisfied. Accountibility is everything. If I was just a jerk who didn't pay my bill: my fault. If your company's reps screwed up my account, a point that 3 supervisors and 4 agents have all acknowledged: your fault! Cox costumer setvice = FAIL.
