  • The lines are extremely slow. When loading your opt plus card !! Why do people have prepaid cards if you're going to ask me for ID when I'm loading cash on it. Bitch I'm up in here once or twice a week you've never asked me For one and you've always given me the receipt now is a problem?? Do your job, Stop being nosy bitch the card says preferred customer!!! The only two people that work at this location that have any customer service is the older white lady and the black girl with the fade. Try to avoid this location is possible they have no customer service skills and there'll are always superlong or there's one person working the window while two people sit in the back and laugh.
