  • I called to get an appointment in the afternoon on New Year's Eve for my daughter and myself. The receptionist was very nice and patient as she explained the pedicure varieties offered. The only issue was that they would not have time to do my daughter's nails. I told her maybe another time then. She put me on hold to check something and ended up getting my daughter in as well. This was at 4 o'clock on a holiday! The salon is classy without being snobby. There are lots of fun things to look at and purchase if you wish. They even carry Blinc mascara which I can't find too many places. Our pedicures were with Angie and Sheryl. It turns out that Angie was going home but when she heard that my daughter wouldn't be able to get an appt she stayed to do her express pedicure. They both took their time with us-no rush whatsoever. I chose a glitter polish that would have looked awful as a stand alone (which I didn't realize) so Sheryl got a perfect match in an opaque shade and used that as well. My pedicure lasted almost 6 weeks with no chipping. Meanwhile I was asking questions about their other services. They VERY patiently answered all of them in detail explaining the facials and then introduced me to the hair stylists in the salon when I expressed surprise that they offered hair services (separate salon within the salon). I have returned to Sheryl twice since New Year's Eve with the same level of service. My pedicure is NEVER rushed and she does it perfectly every time. She is a great conversationalist as well, but I would imagine if you don't want to talk she would respect that as well. I brought my teenage son in to see Angie for a facial. I couldn't believe the effort she made to improve his skin and really get to the bottom of why he was having breakouts. She seemed to genuinely care about what she was doing-not like she was just punching a timecard. I was also shocked at the difference it did make in his skin .I made an appt to have my brows done and Angie was sick the day of the appt so the receptionist called to offer to have Zethina do my brows. Again, the same level of service. Very genuine-she engaged my daughter in conversation (since she came in the room with me at my request) and listened to her responses. Maybe I shouldn't be so amazed at good old-fashioned politeness and respect but I don't see it too often-especially in salon settings. Their prices for services are very reasonable. We are very happy to have found such a great place!
