  • Very organized facility; attentive massage w knowledgeable personnel but they do not understand English and there it was hard to get specialized service. The masseuse left the room to greet new clients and this was distracting. Suggest louder music to cover loud bells on door and cleaning up Holiday decorations that were from December. I will try again and aim to describe the pressure and focus prior to my appointment in person as the phone detailed reservation requests seemed not to be known or recorded.
