rev:text	I had the worst experience here. The service was awful. I got my hair done here I showed the stylist a photo of what I wanted. The problem is I knew it wouldn't be exactly like the photo, but I asked the lady to make sure that the color did not come out copper or goldish but more light brown. She states of course no problem. During my hair color the bleach was left on too long I said something and she was like oh yeah and took it off than the color was gold/copper it was exactly what I didn't ask for but I thought it was just the process and she was going to fix it. She's like we are done. I am like ummm this isn't what I asked for not even close. She gives me an attitude and tells me well I can't fix it and I don't have time she's like your total is. I am like can you fix it another time she said if I pay for it... I am like can I speak to a manager she tells me there isn't one.... I started to cry because I was so embarrassed to walk out of there. Long story short I reported them and the manager there contacted me who fixed it I am so grateful for her and she actually did I decent job but the point is the process to get there was rough and I was disappointed in their service and ended up paying 100 plus tip because I have a big heart which I regret. My hair was so burnt and frizzy I had to cut it and the girl you can clearly tell she didn't know what she was doing she was an African American younger girl probably in her 20s stay away from her.
