Lousy service! If there is option for zero star, I would have rated 0. I had a winning coupon from "roll up the rim". It is for a donut. I ordered 3 beverage. However, I asked for substitution to have tea instead. The cashier said that I can't use the donut coupon for tea. The thing is a week ago and 2 weeks in a row, the staff allowed it. It was the same location. I asked to speak to the manager but was told that he left for the day. A team leader name Juliette came up and said it is the rule that no substitution is allowed. She said that I can come back another time to speak to the manager. I argued that the rule seems to be inconsistent because I redeemed donut coupon twice for tea. She refused. The cashier deleted my order while I wait there for tea. She called the next customer in line and started taking the order. Then I asked the lady where is order. I never said I won't pay. This is the worst experience. No customer service at all. Before removing my order, she should have reconfirmed with me if I still want my tea. They need proper training. I went to McDonald's to buy my tea. I would rather give my business and support McDonald's. At least they know how to appreciate their customers. I am going to report this to every social media that I can access to. People need to know.
