  • This guy Mo, as he is called, is a real SCOFFLAW. My Attorney and I sent him a certified demand letter for replacing my silk shirts he and his business destroyed. He refused to accept the letter. I guess he thinks this will get him off the hook. Now, since we have proof he refused the letter, we can take this person/business straight to Las Vegas small claims court. I wonder if he will disregard a summons for court and risk getting a SUMMARY JUDGEMENT AGAINST HIM AND HIS FIRM? OK by me. Then I can attach any and all assets he May have for the next 10 years, at least. oK by me. This business destroyed my shirts, which he still has and had better keep safe during this process, and it is only fair and legal that he replace them! I guess that is not true in his world? Let's see what is next? In, previous reviews, I see where this company has gotten away with this type behavior with no legal consequences. NOT THIS TIME, Mo!!!!!! Be safe and definitely steer clear of this derelict business!!!!!!!! BETTER SAFE THAN SORRY, DON'T YOU THINK?
