rev:text	Never again. I moved here from Ohio, thinking this place would give a damn about anything and make my adjustment easier. 1. We were told the clubhouse and gym, tanning beds, and study area would be done when we moved in. It's almost November and it doesn't even look close to done to me. 2. I pay $40 a month to park in the parking garage, however, residents aren't allowed to park on the first floor... that's for guests. How does that make any sense? Making residents park on the upper floors while they pay to park there?! 3. Had maintenance knock at my door once. Before I had the chance to get off the couch to answer, he had already keyed himself in. Said he came to fix the air but neither me or my roommate put in an order for our air. He came with no tools. After I specifically marked I didn't want maintenance coming when I'm not home, they did it again when I put in a work order for our leaking washer. didn't leave a note or any kind of evidence they even came and fixed it. 4. Security? That's a joke. Anyone who's anyone can come into the complex, open the gate to the pool and come in and swim, and I live in building E and the entry door closest to the parking garage has been broken for almost 3 weeks and I've told the office about it multiple times. So anyone can come into the building and walk around whether they live here or not. 5. The place always smells like garbage. They have valet garbage but you can only put garbage out Sunday-Thursday between 6-8. What the complex failed to mention is that you have to take the garbage bin outside your door they provide for trash inside with you outside of those hours or you'll get a trash fine. They left one on our door and when we disputed it, they said we wouldn't be charged this time because they FORGOT to tell us that in the move-in info we got?! I told them I wanted a replacement garbage bin because ours was disgusting from the previous residents. They said they'd be on it, and a week later never heard back again and we have the same trash bin. I am pretty easy-going, but being a graduate student and having a lot on my plate, coming home to a complex that couldn't give a damn about you just adds fuel to the fire. I would never recommend this place.
