  • Extremely slow service. Took forever to be waited on in shoe department. Staff was friendly. There was a lot of them. Dick's just needs a better system. After I remarked to my sales person that it was taking a long time. I was told I was lucky it wasn't busy at all. On a plus note the staff was helpful. I just think I would go somewhere else next time. It shouldn't be such a pain to buy a pair of shoes.
