  • Dion and Amanda are amazing and the only technicians who really do a great job. The owners (husband and wife) are less than pleasent. They're actually rude. They walk around with their clipboards barking orders at the technicians in Vietnamese. I've witnessed them speaking down to several employees and have asked what they're saying. When checking out and paying with a card, be sure your technician gets their tip slip. I've asked several times and they never received it from the owner when he cashes you out. The only reason I return is because of Amanda and Dion, but witnessing the outright disrespect towards the technicians is getting old and is against everything I stand for. Not ti mention the receptionist is rude. Tip in cash to ensure your tech gets their hard earned money!
