  • Its so hit or miss with Lux. Either my experience is WONDERFUL or its absolutely TERRIBLE. Honestly, when i first started going the service and products were perfect. Now? Im usually disappointed. Most of the time my order is wrong (seriously wrong. Not like "whoops the wrong milk." but like "I order hot chocolate and you gave me a chai" WRONG.)
