rev:text	This place SUCKS!!! Most of the time they never answer their phones. I have waited 15 minutes or more on hold. A nurse has waited 40 minutes. When and IF you get through, they will transfer you from department to department taking a lot of your time. Then when you finally get the department you want they will tell you lies about medical equipment that has been approved and a prescription has been sent to them already. Their delivery of this equipment is super slow. They don't give a damn if you need the equipment right away and take their sweet time. I finally talked to this stupid woman in Medical equipment. She told me that the walker I needed should have been delivered but hasn't been. She would send a message to the higher ups which would cause more of a delay. I am an amputee and need this walker right away. The woman in the medical supply area was supposed to send supplies to the office of the visiting nurse so a nurse could change my bandages 3x's a week. In 2 weeks they've never sent any supplies. This idiot, jackass woman kept asking me the physical address of the the nurses office and I explained I wasn't in a place where I could access that information. I gave her the name of the business and told her to look it up. She wouldn't and persisted in asking me the address. I told her she was lazy, stupid, so she hung up on me. NEVER EVER GO TO THIS BUSINESS FOR ANYTHING!! UNFORTUNATELY MERCY CARE USES THEM AND THEY NEED TO GET ANOTHER HOME HEALTH CARE BUSINESS THAT TAKES CARE OF THE PATIENTS. If you are told that this company will be the one to service you.... REFUSE, SAY YOU WANT A MORE RESPONSIBLE COMPANY, NOT THESE LAZY ASSHOLES!!!!
