  • This property has servers issue with pest. When I first moved into unit 161 I had an infestation of cock roaches. Luckily I hadn't moved much in however the apartment complex was not very helpful in getting the issue resolved. I then moved to another unit because I did not have the option to relocate. The now unit I live in has had nothing but issues with scorpions. I am not talking about one or two scorpions. I am talking a large amount. In and outside the unit. This apartment complex like many in the area also have Valet waste which is a joke as well. $25 a month and all these stipulations. From the trash having to be in there bin. The bag having to be tied. Only pick up at certain times and days. Weekends not being one of them nor holiday (typically when you have the most trash). Since living here I have had my car broken in twice. My back yard was also broken into. Unfortunately someone let my dog out. I had to go on a 48 hour search for her. I now have two cameras. The front office staff is not helpful in any of the matters. They look at you dumbfounded when bring up any of these issues.
