  • To say my little Spike is difficult to groom is an understatement. He HATES getting his nails clipped and really hates water. He's such a princess that when we walk he'll jump over a puddle and hates being we at all costs. Pretty Paws have always done an amazing job with him. Today was just a bath and nails but I have had him trimmed up here too and they do an awesome job. Crystal has even offered to trim his nails without an appointment and for just a couple bucks, just stop in and she'll do it with you right there. This isn't for the $ I believe it is for the love of the dogs, ass getting their nails trimmed regularly helps their health and gets them used to the process. I can appreciate that kind of attention and care from a dog groomer. They should care like that. There will always be troubled clients, like when I used to get my hair cut and I'd squirm the barber would sometimes catch me a little. That is to be expected in my mind, it will happen especially with dogs that may or may not be wiggly. My Spike is very sketchy especially with tools or even the phone to snap a pic, so the fact that they are able to work on him, make him look great says loads to me. Thanks Pretty Paws!
