  • Would give zero stars but have to give 1. First off my 7 week old boxer puppy had parvo. They told me he had a 70% chance of living. They never called to tell me how he was. Every time I called them I'd be on hold for about 10 minutes while they asked the doctor how he was. Now if I'm paying 340 bucks a day I expect everyone to know off the top of their head how the puppy was. He passed away at such a young age. They told me it was gonna cost $250/day. Somehow in the end the bill was $323/day. Wtf. They didn't know how my puppy was yet I'm paying someone that much. Ridiculous.
