  • I love Dr. Grassl and came to this practice because she moved to MVP Kids Care from another office. However, I hate the long wait time on the phone every time I call. Today, I had trouble even being put on hold, the phone would just go silent and wouldn't put me on hold, so I redialed a few times. They need to figure out a different telephone system, if they can't handle the call volume in a timely manner.
