  • Please head this warning! Stay away from this company. They were sent by our home warranty company. I wish we had checked yelp first. The tech, was dishonest. My pool guy started it a few days earlier and said it needed a service and told us not to use it. The PLO tech said it couldn't have started. I witnessed the unit ignight, so I KNOW it did. Before he left he said the warranty won't pay, and then offered to install one for 4K plus. I sent him away. The warranty person said she has had complaints about them before. Why are they still sending them then??
