  • We called ReddiServices on a Saturday night, talked to Crystal who was very professional and explained that we had hired another so called plumbing company to fix our main drain clog and after 3 hours and leaving a complete mess, they still did not resolve the issue... Crystal said she could have a tech out first thing in the morning and was sure they could fix the problem... Jorge M. came out on time, very professional and stated if he could not fix it then no charge... Great customer service... 30 mins later the issue was resolved and Jorge cleaned up after himself, explained in detail what we needed to do and went over the charges thoroughly... What a GREAT employee and a GREAT company!!! Very highly recommended!!! Will never call another company except ReddiServices and Jorge again... Thank you so much!!!
