EOS is a gym I was member of for many years, even before it was EOS, when it was Golds Gym. I use to call it MY gym until I realized it 100% for profit and their equipment and care for the patrons who keep the gym going is entirely lacking. Upper management and the owners have failed to provide a quality experience for new and old patrons to this gym and its not changing anytime soon.
So, the next time you put the gym manager on blast for so and so, it's not entirely their fault. Not to mention, the gym is on its 3rd or 4th manager in the last 4 years. I'll let you be the judge of that.
The equipment is old and breaking down. And FYI for anyone thinking to complain to the manager about the stuff that has been broken for the last couple weeks. It's out of the gym managers hands. Speak to upper management and you'll be treated with some respect and a smile but good luck if you think the problem will be resolved sooner than later.
Take a look around at the equipment and you will see that what gets fixed will sooner or later be "fixed" and not replaced and another thing is sure to break too. Sure, things break and need to be fixed, but some equipment is just holding onto life and keeps getting fixed again and again. This goes out to you, the person who wants to mainly use the cardio equipment. I've not been there in a long time where all the cardio equipment was fully functioning. So good luck getting a working machine on a busy day.
That's the game that EOS is in and that's what they are trained to do.
