| - I just want to go off on what Jared had to add about Samurai.
I found Samurai because the dealership that "maintained" my car for 4 years kept digging into my wallet for more money. Basically I'd go in to get one thing done and they find multiple things wrong with it. I'm talking about Centennial GMC.
Everything was great with Samurai motors until recently. I go in for a second oil change, everything is good. I later come back in to have Yoshi or one of his guys install my new radiator, everything seemed good, and then my temperature gage started to malfunction not warming up properly.
I go in to have the temperature gage checked, they "fix" it, and then they tell me my brake pads need to be changed. So I purchase my brake pads, have it installed and now my engine check light is on, temperature still malfunctioning, and a failed smog test later.
It seemed to be the same pattern, I go in for something and they find something else to want to work on for repeat business.
I put my trust in Samurai, but I'll be looking for a new place. Yoshi is an overall nice guy, but I feel as if I was taken advantage of.
