  • Well it's a 1 Star for today. Went in to order corsage and boutineer and they couldn't take my order because florist was going to be out on vacation and she didn't know if the manager would let someone do her job. I'm just not understanding the lack of customer service. So I went to Smiths. And guess what, they couldn't take my order either because the guy said it would be wrong. I'm in disbelief.
