  • My husband and I were working on purchasing a truck from this dealership and were at the very end stage of negotiating price. I called and wanted to discuss further with the sales manager. Ken picked up the phone and I explained my reason for calling. Ken was rude, short and unprofessional during our conversation. Come to find out they had sold the truck to someone else( which was fine) but I did not deserve for this "manager" to be so condescending during our call. He needs to be more aware of his tone. Our family will certainly be taking our money elsewhere.
