  • These people don't even deserve one star..... I was a resident of this place for 26 months and I regret every month!!! it took them 15 months out of the 26 I was there to replace the dryer , we had to dry one load of laundry 3 or 4 times for it to be completely dry. I had a problem with my water one night after hours so I called the after hours number for overnight maintenance, and he had the audacity to tell me that I needed to wait until the office opened because he lived across town. They have new staff every month they are always in the office but never seem to answer the phones...... They have a terrible pigeon problem and did nothing about it, their was times I had to toss a rock up my staircase because their was tons of birds blocking my way to my door. And to sum it all up this place is just ghetto their was 2 shootings while I lived here. I can go on and on about how unprofessional and unkept the Paridiso is but I'd be here all day. Save yourself and your family the trouble and DON'T move into this place.
