  • Phone had a little crack in it that turned into a huge crack. Shop was right down the road so decided to try it out. Called her up and she sounded nice and knowledgeable on the phone. I prepaid for the replacement screen and the next day went to the shop. She replaced the screen which took 10 minutes but we quickly discovered that it was a defective part. She told me she would reorder the part and asked if I could come back tomorrow. Came back the next day and she fixed the part right away. Talking with her I found out she always makes sure to stay up to date on new technology and was very nice and helpful. I will go back for sure if I ever run into problems with my phone or other devices. Support the small businesses!!
