  • I've had good and bad experiences from this location at Zara. A month or two ago I had a good experience. Today, I had a rude cashier who took forever. Overall, the shop is trendy but messy. It's ALWAYS messy even though there are a ton of staff running around the shop. The quality of the clothes are hit or miss, and can range from $15 to $80. I really don't get how it can get priced to $80 when the quality just isn't there but indeed, better quality than F21 or H&M. However, they LOOK good. Because of its central location, the store is often busy. The staff sometimes greets you. There's always a lineup for the fitting rooms and the cash counter. So oftentimes, I just buy and try on clothes at home to save time. I live nearby so I know everyone does not have that luxury. The good first: I bought a couple of items and decided to return some. The cashier was fast, understanding, and friendly. She still works there as I saw her today. She's Asian with glasses, and a septum piercing. Another good thing about Zara is that I find their sizing is pretty consistent. I do recommend buyers to size up, because Zara uses EU sizing, so it tends to fit tighter than US sizes. The bad: Today I went to purchase an off the shoulder top, so I took a few items to the dressing room. The staff there was dismissive and I lost something for a quick second. Instead of helping me, she turned around and ignored me very deliberately. Then when I went to pay, there was a lineup as always. The cashier took her sweet time with the customer who was returning something. She had time to talk to two other salespeople about unrelated topics as well as the manager, hang up several different items, and sort out many receipts before she was available to take me on. She was rude. I asked her a question. She didn't answer. Then threw my clothes in the bag, and threw it at me. I tried looking for a name tag, couldn't find one. She has bleach blonde hair, tanned skin, thick rimmed glasses, and is Asian(?). Anyway, I'm looking to call the manager tomorrow to address this. UPDATE: After complaining about the service in August, I received an email saying they would look into the store. As of yet, I have not heard back from them. I emailed them to get an update. No response, and do not expect one. As such, I have taken off one star for surprise surprise, BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE.
