Don't sign anything! They will say whatever it takes to get you to sign and there is NO way out, even if the system never does what the sales person said it would. If you have problems or are not happy with their service, they still make you pay and there is absolutely no way to get out of paying the full price all the way to the end of the contract. All I can hope is that nobody else pays good money for such a scam. Awful awful awful. I'm sure when things are running smoothly customers are happy. But the true measure of a company is how they handle problems. THEIR OWN PROBLEMS! This company make their problems worse by sending incompetent techs that make things worse (all while begging for a good review). I refused to let them back in my house to "fix" the problem again. History has proven that they don't know what they are doing. What kind of company forces their customers to be customers? If the service was so great, why am I not happy with it? It's bad and it costs too much. Don't use Vivint.
