  • In Madison for a night and decided to try this Ramen place. When I arrived around 6:00 PM there wasn't any wait and I was seated at the bar. By the time I left around 7:00 there was a line out the door. Ramen was delicious. Only real negative comment is that the broth was really really hot. Much more so than other places I have been to. Otherwise Chashu was great, very flavorful and the noodles were perfect. Service was great and very attentive.
