| - Went here a while back to get a haircut which was great, called today because I lost the card with my next appointment. I called and asked, "Can you find out when my next appt is for me, I lost my card". Silence. Silence. I said, "Yes?, No?" and Izzy, the person answering the phone said in a very rude tone, "JUST A MINUTE" and then muted the phone - which obviously means she was commenting or sharing a comment about me. I mean, how dare a customer call and ask for help, right??? If this is the same person that checked me out the first time, the owner of this place better get her some customer service training. Um, lots of places to get hair cuts in Phoenix - Don't need to be treated like a piece of you know what. Too bad, because I liked the gal that cut my hair a lot.
