| - I LOVE chopped salad..... everyday - chop lettuce, spinach, green onions, celery, carrots, Green, red, orange and yellow bell peppers, zucchini, butter squash, cucumber, black olives, avocado, tomatoes, mushrooms, pumpkin and sunflower seeds! Top it with some cut strawberries, blueberries, pecans, and raspberries.(sometimes I add grilled chicken and some shredded cheese on top too!) You can not imagine what this salad costs me when I go to a " grocery store" - I eat this almost everyday and sometimes twice a day and it is so inexpensive! Talk about eating CLEAN AND HEALTHY and AFFORDABLE!!!!!
