  • Out of all of the attractions in Vegas, this one got me the most excited in line. The food is out of this world good. A Buffett with Brie and goat cheese? Eggs Benedict? Awesome! Food was always being refreshed. Great quality. Only downside is they seemed understaffed on the server side. Our server, a very kind older woman was running around frazzled. She said they opened up an extra section and had her take it. Almost everyone at this buffet had a groupon with bottomless mimosas. We got 2 mimosas in 1.5 hours. Not her fault, but it was $40 extra. She was embarrassed by her service and was apologizing to all of her tables. Every table was pilled high with old food plates. Just add a few more servers Caesars, you can afford it. Besides the issue with service I will be back. I mean there was sushi, jumbo prawns, prime rib....
