rev:text	The first time I went, my son had a great time. There were kids ranging from about 14 months to maybe 6 years that time n everything was great. Every now n then u have some rowdy ones but just make sure to stay out of their way. And the staff that worked there were pretty good at keeping the place orderly n sanitizing toys that weren't being used, or done being played with. Today was completely different. There was a group of adults that came in about half an hour after I arrived, with their kids so it was noisy. I left because there was that one rowdy kid who also had a rowdy sister. He looked about 4-5, n she's probably 6. He almost kicked my 15-month-old in the face while trying to get into the ball pit, all the while his mother looking but not saying anything. I didn't say a word, just looked at her. A little bit after, my son walked to the jungle gym area with the punching bags n I followed. I was standing right next to him n the little girl who was the sister to the boy who almost kicked my baby in the face. I held the bag because my son was right there n I told her to be careful. But she proceeded to do it again as soon as I put my hand down n of course knocks my baby down. He hit his head on the floor. I had some words with the parents n the dad's response was "kids will be kids". Seriously?! I can't believe people like this breed but then again, that's why there are idiots in this world. I know kids will be kids but when u take yours to a place where there is a mix of different ages, you need to teach them how to be aware of their surroundings, and guess what? That becomes a valuable life lesson!!! Also, this time around, the girl at the desk did not speak English well or understand it. She asked me 4 times what my son's name is. She told me she couldn't find it n showed me the list. Guess what, it was 3rd on the list. Looked like she was the only one too and she was not cleaning-just sitting at the desk, not doing anything.
