  • Well, the gentleman was very kind. Gel nails were so so. There was no shine until I asked why are they looking like a matte finish. His response was they are fine. I told him to add another coat of clear gel for shine. Then my pedi was next. Let's just say that he didn't clip cuticles, barely filed nails but did both scrub treatments. (Chair was broken so no back massage) When I asked after he applied gel color, what happened to the massage and foot callus removal? His response "oh I forgot to do that? I'll do that after polish is done." Pedicure is $45! So you'd think he'd know what to do. So now after my gel is on and dried, my toes are back in the water. So much for the foot scrub that was applied. It's now washed off. If I could leave NO stars I would. Very sad for what I'm paying for. NEVER COMING HERE OR RECOMMENDING!
