| - I really enjoy Tornado.
If there is one thing that Madison is blessed with, it is prime Midwest beef. You could go here or the other three steak houses around the square and get amazing beef. You should cater your choice based on the steak and atmosphere you are looking for.
Tornado room is well known for its classic supper club atmosphere, well mixed classic cocktails, and finally, in my opinion, two cuts of steak that really should always be ordered over the rest.
Before I deliberate about the steaks, a few important details. Each table gets a fun mug of an assortment of vegetables and bread. The steaks come out on a heated plate. Also, all steaks come with a large onion ring, and that onion ring is really damn tasty.
I sincerely believe that the bone-in filet is what you should order every time you come here. If you eat bone-in filets often, then you know that you are getting a flavorful, excessively tender, and well marbled piece of beef. Some how, Tornado Room's bone-in tenderloin is a cut above.
The other is the ribeye. That doesn't require any explanation obviously.
