One star is one star too many!
I had my UPS tracking confirmation that my package was dropped off on Friday, September 25th. When I went there on Tuesday, Sept. 29th, I was told by the young male behind the counter, that my package WAS NOT there. We have dumb and dumber, two young males who can't find a package that was delivered a few days ago.
I told them that it was probably in a carton and not in a bag because it was a handbag.
The male at the counter tried to tell me that they had not checked in today's packages. I replied that it was delivered on Friday.
I gave him the UPS confirmation number, and he INSISTED THAT THE PACKAGE WAS NOT THERE.
I called UPS who contacted the UPS store via phone and sure enough, the package WAS there. Had to make a return trip to the store.
If either of these young males tries to help you, avoid them.
The young lady who found my package was actually no better when it comes to customer service. She acted like she was doing me a favor.
I asked for the store manager and was told that he had just stepped out. How convenient!!
I will from now on go on out of my way to use a different UPS store.
I suggested to the young lady, that if the job is too difficult perhaps they should seek other employment.
