  • I've been with this company since they use to be Cingular. I've always paid my bills on time & have been a preferred customer because of that. Everyone here is super nice with great customer service except for Aimee! She's been the rudest associate I've talked to so far in person. Her responses were always sarcastic & she never smiles! She didn't help me at all on anything I needed. I would've talked to a manger when I was there but I was to mad & irritated with her that I just stormed off. In my opinion she shouldn't be up in the front as an associate, she should be somewhere in the back where she doesn't have to deal with people because obviously she not professional.
