  • Dr. Swainston was excellent until I was 24 weeks pregnant and he wanted me to consider the possibility of a c section because he thought my son would be too big. I went with a Home birth and it was a very nice experience. I recommend Dr. Swainston for everything except child birth. His office is horrible. The receptionist is always rude, their always behind and it's always a long wait- like hours to be seen. They sent me a bill for 2 deductibles they claim were unpaid but I know for a fact they were paid- you pay before you see the doctor and I showed them proof of payment. They sent me to collections and I'm now fighting the collections. It wouldn't be a big deal but I have a high deductible and it's just not fair. Save yourself the trouble and find a doctor with an organized and friendly office, or you wait 2-3 hours to see Swainston and they may send you a 200$ bill months after your appointment for unpaid deductibles?
