I had a bad experience with extended stay before(reviewed on here) which they made right. Gave them another chance by booking for the month in Las Vegas as my sister, her husband, his cousin and I moved there for his business. First, we were told it was 2 2-bedroom rooms. Nope, to our surprise at 4am checking in after a long 5 hour drive. Then I decide to just sleep but am disturbed by a giant church of hair laying on the mattress that I could see through the sheet. I freak out and my sister examines her bed. FRESH BLOOD, yes FRESH as if a stain wouldn't be bad enough. We call for more blankets and the lady tells me to go to the office. Um, no you need to bring them to me because I should've checked into a clean and ready room. 15 mins later we decide to go up there ourselves cause she never brings us new blankets. Then she calls me asking what room number and I tell her nvm. We get new blankets and notice the ones we had before weren't even a complete set compared to what we now got, which was still like a $5 throw that had holes in it. There's construction going on so it's loud and the parking lot is trashed. A tweaker couple stayed above us and you could hear him yelling at her and slamming things all night to the point we got scared cause it sounded like someone was banging on our door it was so loud and clear. When I told there office hey blamed the construction. I said "earlier than 6am?" She just replied sorry like okkkk. They locked us out of our room twice for nothing. The floors made our feet black from day one, there were many signs that pointed out our room hadn't been cleaned, other than just he blankets. Upon talking to Las Vegas natives, this location is known as a tweaker hotel. I'm so glad I left back to California for a few days and when I go back we will be in an air band b!!!! I would've rather slept on an air mattress in our warehouse and saved the money for a nice stay at a hotel on the weekend or something it was that bad!!
