  • I needed an extra hole punctured into the leather strap of my watch and couldn't find anyone to do it in town. Swatches wouldn't do it unless it was their brand and most other places only removed metal links. I called Fast-Fix and JoAnne answered the phone. She told me they would be able to do it and on top of that for free! I took my watch in and it only took a few minutes and they put in a new hole for my leather strap. My strap is also on the thin side so they couldn't just punch it in, it had to be drilled. I'm super thankful I found this place and won't hesitate to come back when it's time for a battery replacement!
