  • Came in for lunch cause the husband was really wanting to try an "Emeril" Po'Boy. He got the oyster one and my sister had the shrimp one, I'm glad I didn't order one too because they were quite large. They both liked them, from the few bites I had I thought they were okay. I usually love rock shrimp but I wasn't a big fan of how these ones were fried. I ordered the scallop appetizer - seared scallops on risotto with little pieces of beef tenderloin and some crispy leeks on top. It was swimming in a butter sauce that was a little too much and I had a tummy ache for the rest of the day. The clam chowder, however, was very good. I should have just stuck with that. Service was okay, could have been better. Our waiter seemed to not be around much. I'm glad we stopped in cause we had been wanting to try Emeril's for a while, but not being terribly impressed this time around I don't feel a need to go back.
