  • Worst experience I've ever had with a car dealer... First a bait and switch on financing, followed by an unpleasant experience to make things right, and now I'm sitting here for over an hour at the dmv because I was told I would be getting new plates (with me reconfirming info multiple times) yet when my registration came, it had my plate # from my trade in. This wouldn't of been a problem if the dealer didn't already destroy my old plates. Tried calling my sales rep to rectify the problem and he basically said it was my problem and not his... Hence why I am sitting here at the dmv as I write this. Only buy from this dealer if you want to waste countless hours of your life because of their incompetence.
