  • I am impressed. 3 visits in a day to fix my issue!! So my rental water heater was broken at night. I called to schedule a service appointment for the next morning at 8am. My water heater was diagnosed and new parts were ordered. The new parts arrived by courier around 3pm, and I was able to get another tech come in to fix the water heater in the very same day/evening. I highly double if other provider can provide the same level or service. All the tech were friendly and demonstrate professionalism (wearing uniform, product knowledge, take off shoes when entering your home).
