| - This is one of our family favorites when in the mood for a huge flavorful and inexpensive meal. The food selection is substantial and the quantities are limited only by your skill in filling your bowl. Suggestion: you can use one bowl for food and another for your sauce if you like - no additional charge.
Start off with meat: chicken (both white and dark are offered), pork, beef and fish. Pile on the veggies: (little corn on a cob, lettuce, carrots, onions, sprouts and more I can't remember), add noodles (three kinds are offered, I like the wheat) and then create your personal sauce or select from a dozen or so suggested varieties on a big billboard.
A large selection of sodas and several kinds of tea are available at a fountain and rice, soup and chips top off the buffet. Your selection will be cooked in front of your eyes on a huge hot stove and warning - it stays hot for quite some time so use caution when forking it into your mouth.
What would normally be called wait staff in any other restaurant are very efficient and will assist in food selection or fixing any issue you might have. They have always been pleasant and helpful when we have dined there.
Two suggestions: buy some take out cartons (50 cents each) when you enter because you will need them. Even after cooking the food quantity is large and few diners exit without their "Fido bag). Secondly, leave room for yogurt. Not just yogurt, Nanci's Yogurt. The best there is IMHO. They feature vanilla (my fav), chocolate (wife's fav) and mixed in both old fashioned cones or cups as you prefer. Note: yogurt is included in the dinner price but is slightly extra at lunch. They also have senior pricing for us seasoned veterans.
Provided everyone in your large group likes Asian buffets this is the ideal place to eat. Everyone gets their favorite food and the price is right. Plus, there is almost always enough to take home so you get at least two meals for the price of one. The dining room is very large but not very noisy so good place for both adults and kids.
