| - I give 2 stars as the staff here are friendly, and the room is clean. I booked a king bed studio, there is microwave, blender, refrigerator, and coffee machine. I think it's convenient for family .
BUT, I cannot give them a good rating as AC does not work in our room. The AC doesnot work in Vegas when it is 100 degree outside , it is unbelievable & frustrating. It is 82 degree in our room, but we tried to be patient and waited a while to see if it will be cool down. We want out to eat, and 3 hours later when we came back, it is still 82 DEGREEE. So I called front desk, they sent the engineer to check. Unfortunately, it just not working at all. So I called agian to request to switch room. Mike talked to his supervisor and told me to wait for another 15 mins. Be honest, I was really upset to hear this. Anyway, I tried my best to be patient and nice . My heart start beating faster and faster, and I didn't feel well. I had to call again as I really cannot breath in the room. Finally, the supervisor approved to switch room for me. I was not mean even I was unhappy, and they apologized. I just don't understand why cannot they just switch room for me before I telling them I did not feel well. For this point, it seems like they are not processional at all.
Also, they don't give the parking permit while check-in. I don't mind to go to the next counter for it. But the lady did not wanna to give me the permit until she finish her sales promotion talk. Even though I told her that we are not interested in any show and we are in rush to meet someone. She would not stop and just held me. I completely that sales have to hold potential customers and persuade, but it is very annoying to keep your talk by disregarding the people feeling.
I am not coming back in future also due to its location. It is not convenient, there is nothing in the area.
I was kind of regret to book this hotel as I can get a better 1 on the strip during my stay period.
