Whoever read this, don't come to this place to get your car fixed. the fact that i'm sitting right now and spending my time writing this review should speak for itself!
I bought a new cargo minivan from carmax [2016 RAM Promaster city]. Because the van was almost new (6k miles) it was still under the manufacturer warranty.
Lets disregard the fact that Chrysler makes sh*ty cars at the moment, but boy o boy, the service team at Sahara Chrysler is the WORST I'VE EVER SEEN IN MY LIFE!!!!
The moment that you step inside you actually feel unwanted. They don't even look at you!!! You need to guess who is free enough [which most of the time they all are] to help you and take care of you. the first time i walked in i thought there is a line ahead of me. Turned out i spent 20 minutes standing like an idiot trying to catch their attention.
There were 3 representatives over there, one just walked in and out trying to look busy, one looked like a professional wrestler and always made a face like he is about to kill the next person who will dare talking to him, and another young man named MAYO. Only when i stepped to this MAYO and was kind of rude to him i got his response [while he staring at the computer screen, not even looking at me].
Instead of writing here every single annoying thing that happened there [and god, there were so many of them] ill cut it short and say that i ended up coming there 6 [6!!!!!!] times, every time i heard LIES!!!! LIES!!!!!!!!
I don't really know if it was because of the warranty i had [which means less commission probably] , i just know that nobody deserves this kind of service.
the guy told me he made an order for the parts i needed [only few of them were actually listed at the receipt he gave me], and to this day [3 months later] i still didn't get any answer when can i come and get it done. I called multiple times, I arrived to their place few times - NOTHING!!~!~!~!~! JUST MORE LIES!!! [lies about the malfunctions the car had, lies about how they fixed it, lies about the time frames needed - basically every single thing this kid told me wasn't even close to be true].
Another example - the car couldn't get into gear somehow [Chrysler, as i already said]. When it happens on the freeways it is very scary i must say.
i left my car there for inspection at morning time. They called me after 6 hours telling me to come pick it up. as i come the guy tells me that "The battery connection was loose". A close look on the receipt and what do you know, the labor time of fixing it was 15 minutes!!!! I raised my eyebrows, asking him again and again how this thing even related, but the guy kept telling me that they are professionals and know what they doing. less then half hour on the roads and the problem came back again. i think something else was loose over there buddy, and it wasn't my vehicle.
Only when i raised my voice over the supervisor there [god, the things they made me do in order to get treated with respect] The problem was fixed in less then 2 hours [oh and guess what, it had nothing to do with the battery].
SO MAYO AND HIS FRIENDS OVER THERE, YOU GUYS ARE THE WORST, YOU CAN CANCEL THE FRIGGIN' ORDER BECAUSE I ALREADY SOLD THIS SH*TY CAR A MONTH AGO.I NEVER, EVER IN MY LIFE, HAVE EXPERIENCED SUCH A TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND EVEN IF I EVER NEED SERVICE AGAIN I WILL TAKE A TOW TRUCK TO THE OTHER SIDE OF TOWN, JUST NOT TO SEE YOUR FACES AGAIN.
