Had the Lomo Saltado A Lo Pobre (sliced beef served with fries, rice and topped with eggs!) and the Palta Rellena (avocado stuffed with chicken salad). The Lomo Saltado plate was large enough for two people and we were so stuffed that we had to take the stuffed avocado home, pardon the pun. ;)
So my recommendation is to split plates because portions are positively huge! Food is delicious though and you'll be happy with this Las Vegas outpost of Peruvian food. Also, they have a few decent wines to choose from, including a Sauvignon Blanc we enjoyed. Highly recommended for those who crave la comida Peruviana!
