  • My heat went out on a Sunday. I called Infinity and Richard picked up. Coel was on site about an hour later. He found the problem with my gas furnace in about an hour. Since it was on a Sunday...they had to wait until the next day to get my parts. Coel showed up at 5pm on Monday as scheduled and changed the parts in about 20 mins and had my heat fixed. Coel walked me through the work he had done and gave me a quick tutorial on the basic workings and things to look out for for troubleshooting next time. Great service!
