  • I came into REI today to look for a bag for backpacking this summer and a gentleman named Jeff helped me out and I don't think I could've found my perfect bag without him! He made sure that I tried on several different options and was more than happy to keep switching around the bags and the weight in them for me. Even after I made my decision and was walking around the store he came and checked on my friend and I again to make sure we were doing good. All the employees are super approachable and always ask if you need any help. I will always love REI!
