  • Went there with my truck. I had driven to Flagstaff , Az with my family for the weekend. Of course it was sleeting and raining in the mountains so after the trip went to get the truck cleaned. I bought the VIP package and sparred no expense. I told the attendant 3 times to be sure that they clean the running boards and no tire dressing. They proceeded to write down it all on the glass and get to work. So it goes through the wash and out, still has road film all over the sides and tailgate. I stopped them as they were drying it so they would not grind the dirt into the paint. So they washed it a second time. Still dirty in my mind but gave them the benefit of knowing how to do their job. Boy was I wrong. They told me the truck was ready after an hour an 10 min. Still had mud on running boards. Still had road film on tailgate, inside the truck the transferred the mud from the running boards to the floor, did not bother to clean. The drying attendant said I need to re wash and pay again for a hand wash. I was like WTF??!! So I got the manager and a refund on a gift card and went to the Happy Valley location and guess what. The truck is clean like always in under 45 min. The Happy Valley location knows customer service and speedy service. Take the drive .
