| - HORRIFIC experience that ended with the police being called for assault (by THEIR employee!)
I took five pairs of pants and a dress in to be taken in. Please keep in mind that ALL five pairs were exactly the same size and maker, the only difference was the colors. She proceeded to pin me up and the dress and at the end she tells me it's nearly $300. What?! I ask them to explain the prices per item and they speak to each other in their language (CLEARLY making up prices on the fly,) and then tells me that for two of the pants, it's $25 each, for two others it's $57, for another pair it's $42. Um, why? You're doing the same thing to all of them and again they're the same material and designer, so there shouldn't be a difference at all. They again spoke to each other and said something about a discount and then claimed the new price was just over $200. Still not going to happen. They told me I could take my clothes elsewhere, so I gladly picked up my items and the seamstress immediately grabs my arm and pulls me back screaming "My pins, my pins!" "Let go of me and I'll give you your pins. You have no right to touch me!" She then pulled me in closer to her and stared screaming in my face. I told her I would go outside and take them out and give them to her but I'm no way shape or form was I staying in there, and began to walk towards the door.
The seamstress then says "No, you're locked in!" And proceeds to slam the door on my sternum and pin me between two doors. Having enough and feeling like a trapped hostage, I pushed her back and waited outside by my car for the police.
Not only is this place over priced and rude, they're also violent and aggressive.
DO NOT GO HERE.
