I made an appointment for a facial after purchasing a Groupon. My regular esthetician recently moved to California so I am searching for a place for my monthly eyebrow and facial appointments. Allure is a few miles from my house. Two days before my appointment they called to say the estheticians last day was yesterday. Weird since I made the appointment the day prior. I can understand these things happen but this business told me I was responsible for getting my money back from Groupon even though they could no longer provide the service. I suspect this business will not make it over the long haul. If you do business with Groupon you need to be able to turn the process into full time business.
